Billing Account Type
Request a Billing Account Type Change
To request a change in your billing account type, follow these steps:
1. Access Your Profile
- From your dashboard, click on your profile icon located at the top right of the page.
- Select the My Profile option from the dropdown menu.
2. Navigate to the Billing Tab
- Once in your profile, go to the Billing tab.
- Depending on your current account type, you can toggle between pre-paid and post-paid options:
Pre-paid Account: Click on the toggle button to request a change to a post-paid account.
Post-paid Account: Click on the toggle button to request a change to a pre-paid account.
