Integrating with Go High Level

Setting Up Go High Level Integration

1. Access the Integrations Menu
   From your Cellcast Dashboard, navigate to the Integrations menu and click the Activate button next to Go High Level.

   

2. Activate the Integration
   On the integration details page, click Activate to proceed.

   

3. Login to Go High Level Account
   Log in to your Go High Level account. If you are already logged in to Go High Level, please logout and login again.

   

4. Choose Go High Level Account After you have loged in, select the Go High Level account you want to connect to Cellcast.

   

5. Install Cellcast on Go High Level
   Click Proceed to install Cellcast conversation channels within your Go High Level account.

   

6. Integration Details
   After activation, you will see your Go High Level account's Location ID and the Cellcast API Key Label. You can also configure the SMS and MMS Sender ID for messaging from Go High Level.

   

7. Set Default SMS Provider
   Kindly make sure that Cellcast SMS and MMS is selected as Default SMS Provider on GHL. You can check it on your Phone System's Advanced Settings.

   

Integration Modes

Cellcast offers two ways to connect and send messages through Go High Level:

1. Full Native Integration

With Full Native integration, Cellcast acts as your primary SMS and MMS provider within Go High Level. All messaging is handled natively through Cellcast:

• In Conversations — Use the native Send Message function to send SMS and MMS directly via Cellcast.
• In Workflows — Use the standard Cellcast Enterprise SMS & MMS actions to automate your messaging.

This mode is ideal if you want Cellcast to be your sole messaging provider within Go High Level.

2. Hybrid Integration

The Hybrid mode gives you the flexibility to send messages through both Twilio and Cellcast. This is useful when you have existing Twilio integrations but want to leverage Cellcast alongside them:

• In Conversations — A selector option in the conversation panel lets you choose whether to send a message via Twilio or Cellcast.
• In Workflows — Use the premium Send via Cellcast actions to route specific messages through Cellcast while keeping others on Twilio.

This mode is ideal if you want to use Cellcast alongside an existing Twilio setup without fully migrating.

Sending SMS and MMS to Go High Level Contacts

1. Access Connected Account
   Log in to Go High Level

   

   Then switch to the account connected to Cellcast.

   

2. Send Messages via Cellcast
   To send messages to Go High Level contacts, use the Cellcast SMS option. If you attach an image, the message will be sent as an MMS.

   
   

Automating Messages with Workflow

1. Create an Automation Workflow
   You can automate Message sending through Go High Level by creating a workflow using the Cellcast Enterprise SMS & MMS actions.

   
   
   

2. Trigger Automations with Incoming Messages
   Alternatively, you can use other actions and set Receive Message as the trigger for your automation.

   

Viewing Message Reports

All messages sent via Go High Level can be viewed in the API Messages section under Report & Analytics on the Cellcast app.
