Integrating with HubSpot ​

This guide walks you through connecting your Cellcast account with Hubspot, allowing you to sync contacts and send SMS via Cellcast using Hubspot workflows.

1. Access the Integrations Menu ​

From your Cellcast Dashboard, navigate to the Integrations section.
Locate HubSpot and click the Activate button.

2. Activate the Integration ​

On the HubSpot integration details page, click Activate to begin the connection process.

Log in to your HubSpot account, then follow the prompts to authorize and connect Cellcast to HubSpot.

3. Import Contacts from HubSpot to Cellcast ​

Once connected, click the Import button on the HubSpot integration details page to pull contacts from HubSpot into Cellcast.

4. Push Contacts from Cellcast to HubSpot ​

To send contacts from Cellcast back to HubSpot, click the Push Contacts button on the same page.

5. Create a Workflow with "Send SMS via Cellcast" action ​

Use the Send SMS via Cellcast action in your Hubspot workflows to send SMS messages using the Cellcast API.

You can view all sent messages on the Cellcast Activity Report page.

6. Deactivate the HubSpot Integration ​

If you need to disconnect HubSpot from Cellcast, click the Deactivate button on the integration details page.
